Incoming freshmen and parents,

Thank you for your interest in Carnegie Vanguard UIL Volleyball!

Important dates:

July 15^th- All paperwork should be uploaded

July 20-29 Open gym at Carnegie from 12-2pm

August 3-5 Tryouts from 2:00-5:00pm daily

Tryouts will be Monday, August 3rd through August 5^th from 2:00-5:00pm . Please be prepared to come daily. You must have a Physical dated after May 15, 2026 BEFORE you can tryout. Please see below for the pre-season schedule.

 Be prepared to do the following on the first days of try-outs:

• Overhand serve across the net
• Be able to effectively bump, pass, spike and set a volleyball
• Come prepared with everything you need such as kneepads, athletic clothing, water, etc.
• Come on time
